The exciting 2008 calendar consistis of five venues which includes Torquay and a June race in Plymouth which will be the first held without Class One backing, proving the series can now take on bigger events single-handedly.

Keep up to date with the biggest offshore powerboat series which can only be witnessed in the UK. There is still some updating going on to get the site ready for the 2008 season but these minor issues should be resolved in the next few weeks. Enjoy!

Plymouth Powerboat Fun Weekend Posted On: 11 Mar 2008 - 18:55 | Plymouth businessman Richard George is organising two days of 'pleasure power boating' in the waters of Plymouth Sound this weekend (15th and 16th March) as a warm up before the Honda Formula Four Stroke Series (HF4S) that returns to the city in June.

BBC enter round Britain Race Posted On: 28 Feb 2008 - 15:55 | The BBC are entering a boat for the 2008 Round Britain race. The team will consist of Iain May (BBC Top Gear Camera Man), James May (BBC Top Gear Presenter) and Nick Knowles (BBC DIY SOS Presenter). The trio will be racing in the RB2 Class and have named themselves The Two Scoops Racing Team. Presumably their exploits will be broadcast on the BBC later this year possibly on Top Gear.
